SOLNA, Sweden, Feb. 24, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Scribona and Toshiba TEC have today signed an agreement regarding a sale of Toshiba Document Solutions that is a division within business area Scribona Brand Alliance.
Toshiba Document Solutions is the general agent in the Nordic countries for Toshiba TEC's equipment for copy, fax and print.
Toshiba Document Solutions also conducts resale operations in the Office Document chain.
The total sales for Toshiba Document Solutions for 2003 were 650 MSEK with 241 employees in the Nordic countries.
Toshiba Document Solutions contributed with a minor profit 2003.
The sale of the division will have a one time positive effect on both Scribona's net result and cash position.
The expected date for Toshiba taking possession is April 1, 2004.
The seller and the purchaser have agreed to keep the details of this transaction including the purchase price confidential.
