eMax Net Enters Partnership Agreement with City of Legends


ORLANDO, Fla., Feb. 24, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- eMax Net, Inc. (EMAXNET), a private Florida Corporation partly owned by eMax Corporation (Pink Sheets:EMAX), announced a partnership contract with City of Legends (http://www.thecityoflegends.com/). Founded by ex-major league pitcher Sam McDowell, City of Legends has access to, and provides benefits to, active and retired athletes from the NFL, MLB, NBA, and NHL.

EMAXNET will develop an Internet presence, jointly publish a newsletter and produce multiple City of Legends events under the agreement. The companies will pool their access to music and sports celebrities sharing event, merchandising, sponsorship, celebrity endorsement and appearance revenues. eMax Software Group will develop an e-commerce sports memorabilia website while eMax Productions prepares for the first of several planned events: a celebrity fundraiser golf tournament, dinner and concert June 18-19.
