ANAHEIM, Calif., Feb. 24, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Colangelo Racing of Anaheim, Calif., will hold its first Open House on February 28 to celebrate the official launch of its NHRA (National Hot Rod Association) A/FD dragster Race Team with key sponsors and members of the media. Attendees will be able to meet Top Alcohol Dragster Racer Ric Colangelo and talk with experienced members of the crew, as well as get a unique "behind the scenes" look at what goes into building a champion dragster.
"We are pleased to support Colangelo Racing as they strive to elevate dragster racing to the highest possible level," noted Johnny Ray, general manager of Custom Autosound Mfg., Inc. in Fullerton. "We are looking forward to partnering with them during what promises to be a championship season."
B&W Custom Truck Beds, Inc. - headquartered in Humboldt, Kan. - is also a proud Colangelo sponsor. "B&W shares the desire to be the best on the 'drag,'" says Scott Marsh, B&W's sales and marketing manager.

the team's nitro-injected A/fuel dragster.
There will also be a car show of select custom vehicles.
