Raven Moon Makes Offer to Disney

ORLANDO, Fla., Feb. 27, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Raven Moon Entertainment, Inc. (OTCBB:RVNM) announced today that it has made an offer to the Walt Disney Company to work with Raven Moon's creative team in order to provide more quality programming for children.

In a letter dated February 23, Raven Moon CEO Joey DiFrancesco offered Mr. Eisner his support and the creative talents of the animators of Raven Animation Inc.

"In light of Pixar's recent departure, we believe we can fill the creative void with a number of state of the art 3D animated family entertainment projects including 'Gina D's Kids Club', 'Mr. Bicycle Man', 'The BoBo Blocks', 'Cuddle Bug Cousins' and 'Cowboy Joe & Cowgirl Jane' from the 'Katie Did It Kids' collection," stated Joey DiFrancesco, Raven Moon CEO.

Recently Raven Animation, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Raven Moon Entertainment, Inc. began interviewing displaced Disney animators who were let go when Disney closed it's animation facility in Orlando and hired David Murray as lead animator/writer who is working on the "Mr. Bicycle Man" feature film and television series for the company.

In his offer to Mr. Eisner, Joey DiFrancesco wrote, "Raven Moon's production costs are minimal, and yet the production quality is not sacrificed. Located in Orlando, we have the ability to acquire the same talented animators that you have successfully trained. This means making a deal with Raven Moon would mean that you would be getting the same 'Disney' quality that you're accustomed to. The Walt Disney Company and its customers may already be familiar with our work. We have been featured at numerous Radio Disney Events in New York, Orlando and Hartford, and our 'Mr. Bicycle Man' animated Public Service Announcement aired on many of your ABC affiliate stations across the country including WABC TV in New York."

"The Walt Disney Company has distribution second to none. Despite recent attacks, Disney is still the number one company in the entertainment industry," stated Joey DiFrancesco, Raven Moon CEO. Mr. DiFrancesco concluded in his letter, "We're offering The Walt Disney Company a fresh creative management and promotion team who can bring new life to a great company."
