Raven Moon Entertainment, Inc. -- Daytime Emmy Nominations for Best Children's Special to Be Announced on NBC's 'Today Show'

ORLANDO, Fla., March 3, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Daytime Emmy Nominations for Best Children's Special will be announced tomorrow morning on NBC's "Today Show." Raven Moon Entertainment, Inc.'s (OTCBB:RVNM) "Gina D's Cuddle Bug Christmas Special" are among the programs expected to be nominated.

In an article written for Wallstreetcorner.com, Larry Oakley reported that the Daytime Emmy's in New York called Joey and Bernadette DiFrancesco, Executive Producers of "Gina D's Cuddle Bug Christmas" Television Special and requested their photos and a picture of the show's logo with the cast. The Daytime Emmy nominations for best Children's Special will be announced on the "Today Show" on the NBC Network Thursday morning March 4, 2004 between 7-10 AM EST.

In his article for Wallstreetcorner.com, Larry Oakley reported on Raven Moon's recent offer to the Walt Disney Company. On 2/27/2004, Raven Moon announced it made an offer to the Walt Disney Company to work with Raven Moon's creative team to provide more quality programming for children.

In a 2/23/2004 letter to Disney President Michael Eisner with copies to Disney board members Robert A. Iger (President of ABC Television), and George J. Mitchell (former senator) with a copy going to Merrill Osmond (Eisner is on the Osmond Foundation Board), CEO Joey DiFrancesco offered Eisner his support and the creative talents of the animators of Raven Animation Inc.

Recently Raven Animation, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Raven Moon, began interviewing displaced Disney animators who were let go when Disney closed its animation facility in Orlando. Raven Moon hired David Murray as lead animator/writer. He is working on the new "Mr. Bicycle Man" feature film and television series.

In his offer to Eisner, DiFrancesco wrote: "Raven Moon's production costs are minimal, and yet the production quality is not sacrificed. Located in Orlando, we have the ability to acquire the same talented animators that you have successfully trained. This means making a deal with Raven Moon would mean that you would be getting the same 'Disney' quality that you're accustomed to. The Walt Disney Company and its customers may already be familiar with our work. We have been featured at numerous Radio Disney Events in New York, Orlando, and Hartford, and our `Mr. Bicycle Man' animated Public Service Announcement aired on many of your ABC affiliate stations across the country including WABC TV in New York."

DiFrancesco added: "The Walt Disney Company has distribution second to none. Despite recent attacks, Disney is still the number one company in the entertainment industry. We're offering The Walt Disney Company a fresh creative management and promotion team who can bring new life to a great company."

"Raven Moon closed 2/27/2004 at $0.041, a price that in my opinion is much undervalued. I base that opinion on the huge potential Raven Moon has once it begins its strategy patterned after that employed by the promoters of 'Barney.' If all 15 of Raven Moon's episodes are completed by the fall of 2004, that strategy will be implemented starting before year end," stated Larry Oakley, Wallstreetcorner.com

Mr. Oakley continued, "The promoters of 'Barney' were able to ink many licenses based on their strategy -- it resulted in a huge cash flow for them. Assuming Raven Moon implements its strategy before year end, my target is $1.00 per share during 2005, with further increases thereafter."
