iMedia International, Inc. Announces Agreement with Univision Communications, Inc. to Produce Sales and Marketing Disc


SanSANTA MONICA, Calif., March 3, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- iMedia International, Inc. (the "Company") (Pink Sheets:IMNL), pioneers in the interactive digital multimedia publishing industry, announced today that its operating subsidiary, iMedia US LLC has signed an agreement with Univision Communications, Inc. ("Univision") (NYSE:UVN) to produce an interactive disc for use by Univision as a sales tool to attract media buyers, political candidates and initiatives to their TV Network.

iMedia US LLC specializes in the production, sales and marketing of the Company's interactive, multi-media discs to commerce and industry to promote products, services, campaigns, agendas and initiatives. The proprietary measurement reporting system embedded in all of the Company's custom discs allow its customers, in real-time, to accurately gauge targeted viewers' interests, as registered by their usage of the discs.

iMedia's CEO, David MacEachern, stated that: "This agreement is significant to us because it proves the adaptability and extends the revenue model of our core product, an interactive, entertaining and informative self-reporting disc.
