GEM to Produce Music DVD's

MONTREAL, March 3, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Grand Entertainment and Music, Inc. (Pink Sheets:GENM), has added DVD production capabilities at its recording studios and will soon be releasing combined audio and video tracks of its popular artists.

"Producing music DVDs will greatly increase our ability to penetrate retail markets with our titles," said Peter Stocola, GEM vice president. "We expect to augment our revenues for this fiscal year due to this new capability," he added. "This is an exciting new development for our firm."

Grand Entertainment, which trades under ticker symbol GENM on Pinksheets, has been producing popularly priced music CD's for more than ten years. Styles range from children's music to salsa and rap.

It markets music in three languages -- English, Spanish, and French.

"We're already one of the top 20 music production houses in North America, and DVD capabilities will make us even more competitive," Stocola said.
