MSSI-TeleScience Forms Strategic Alliance with Mobile Healthcare Solutions

VIENNA, Va., March 8, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- MSSI-TeleScience International Inc. (OTCBB:MSSI), a provider of long-term medical personnel, homeland security and technology services to federal, state and local government agencies as well as the private sector, announced today that it has formed a strategic alliance with Mobile Healthcare Solutions (MHS), a provider of deployable, mobile medical treatment facilities.

MHS provides both soft and hard-sided medical equipment with emergency treatment capability for "first responders" and medical surge capacity for hospitals and other healthcare providers. Its mobile medical facilities may range from first responder systems to 200-500 bed, acute-care or isolation treatment facilities. MHS creates a turnkey package for emergency response purposes by assembling the facilities, supportive infrastructure, medical supplies and equipment, and by providing operational and logistical support to its customers after delivery.

Under the terms of the agreement, MSSI-TeleScience and MHS will work as partners for joint bidding on select projects that strategically fit their combined expertise. In addition, MHS will rely on MSSI-TeleScience to provide medical staffing for various hospitals.

"The alliance of MSSI-TeleScience and MHS produces a very complementary match. Each company's products and services can be marketed more expansively among the other's client base," said Dr. B.B. Sahay, president and CEO of MSSI-TeleScience. "For example, MHS's primary markets include the Department of Homeland Security; Department of Defense; state, county, and city hospitals and other healthcare facilities. MSSI-TeleScience has experience, and provides products and services, in each of these markets. Our network of customers in the medical and homeland security arenas can benefit MHS tremendously. Likewise, we can provide the necessary medical personnel for MHS to fulfill any number of their own engagements."

MHS has bid on $19.9 million in contracts, which are pending for this year. The company's affiliate, Management & Technology Solutions, Inc (MTS), a Disabled Veteran Owned company -- in which MHS has 49 percent ownership -- has been awarded $37 million in contracts.

"We are very excited about our new partnership with MSSI-TeleScience. Our combined resources create extraordinary new capabilities for the fulfillment of these contracts," added Alan McAdams, president of MHS.
