(OTCBB:EDGH), a specialist in enterprise security, today announced that Kris Parthiban has joined the company in the role of Vice President of Operations. Based in Toronto, Kris will oversee Edgetech's operations and strategic planning activities. Mr. Parthiban will also be responsible for the planning and implementation of organizational and infrastructure resources to support the company's aggressive growth, and will assist senior management in formulating corporate strategy.

Parthiban brings with him more than 20 years of operations management and business planning experience in the software and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining Edgetech, he was the President for Crystonic Systems Inc., an optical switching component maker for fibre networks. He also served as Vice President of Human Resources for Newstar Technologies Inc., a property management software company; as Operations Manager for M.C. Healthcare Products; and as Director of Technical Services for Hallmark Cards. During his tenure at these companies, Parthiban established world-class business teams, executed and managed rapid growth environments, and led numerous strategic initiatives to achieve superior financial and competitive performance. He holds an M.Tech. in mechanical engineering from Indian Institute of Technology IIT, India, as well as an M.Eng. in manufacturing engineering and an MBA from McMaster University in Ontario.
