21st Century Meets With Congress, Administration Officials

LAS VEGAS, March 9, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Officials from 21st Century Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:TFCT) will travel to Washington, D.C. this week to meet with members of Congress about its magnetic sealing devices. Kevin Romney, general manager of 21st Century Technology, said that he's looking forward to meeting with key elected officials and building upon the already active efforts of the company's Washington team. "We're confident that decision makers will be impressed after seeing our product demonstration," Romney said. "We hope to gain support for the federal government to purchase products to mitigate environmental spills and protect our homeland."

Jim Branch, president of Trident Industries, Inc., will accompany Romney on the trip. Both will provide product demonstrations of the ProMag and SeaPatch sealing devices to elected officials from Nevada and Texas as well as to congressional leaders in the transportation and homeland security sectors.

ProMag (for land-based applications) and SeaPatch (for marine uses) devices are magnetic patches capable of sealing any type of leak to include size. The devices have been successfully used on large and small circular punctures, jagged tears, even bullet holes -- to overt disasters that are natural, accidental or caused by acts of terror.

"These devices seal leaks and ruptures on all types of containers -- from ships at sea to rail tank cars and from tanker trucks and pipelines to HAZMAT holding tanks," explained Branch, who developed the revolutionary magnetic-powered quick seal devices capable of stopping all types of leaks.

As a symbol of their reliability and functionality, SeaPatch and ProMag have been type-approved by the American Bureau of Shipping and are used during emergency response training at the Department of Transportation's Emergency Response School in Pueblo, Colorado.
