The Program Highlights Buffalo's Channel Focus and Its Dedication to Its Partner's Success

Sales support -- Buffalo will provide sales support and materials such as product information, case studies, a product comparison guide, product sales guide, and a product catalog.

Marketing support -- Partner marketing support includes Buffalo logos, product shots, a bi-monthly newsletter, and an electronic literature request form.

Technical support -- This includes a VAR "hot line" with toll-free pre- and post-sales technical support, access to Buffalo's system engineering team for installation, configuration, and technical assistance and product updates.

Web support -- Offers partner-only web resources through a password protected web site.

Partner Discounts -- Buffalo completes its new partner program by offering various discounts dependent upon the level of partnership.

-- Registered partners receive a 3% Seed discount on their first order through Tech Data.

-- Additionally, partners will receive 55% off MSRP as part of the Demo/NFR program for in-house demonstration products when ordered through Tech Data.

-- Premier level partners are eligible for special instant rebates and a quarterly back-end rebate.

-- Buffalo Technology offers a 5% pass through discount for Government, education, and medical end-users. Resellers should contact their Tech Data Sales Team and upon verification of end-user information, the discount is applied.
