eMax Net, Inc. Appoints Head of Network Operations


ORLANDO, Fla., March 16, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- eMax Net, Inc. (EMAXNET), a minority owned subsidiary of eMax Corporation (Pink Sheets:EMAX), today announced the appointment of Mr. Fred Celi as President of Network Operations. Mr. Celi joins EMAXNET by way of the proposed acquisition of Millennium One Technology by eMax Realty Group announced last week. Mr. Celi will be assuming the responsibilities for design, development and build-out of EMAXNET's broadcast networks.

Mr. Celi is a cable engineering professional possessing exceptional technical skills and extensive training well versed in multiple programming languages, databases and operating systems. His substantial equipment installation experience includes work with Smart-Home Structured Cabling Equipment, QAM Modulators, QPSK Demodulators, Fiber Optic Transmitters and Receivers OC-12, Scientific Atlanta Analog Modulators and Demodulators, Motorola Encoder UCS and GI IRD, IRT & MPS Receivers. Mr. Celi has served as Engineering Director and Engineering/Installations Manager with Time Warner Cable TV. While with TWC he managed large teams of head-end engineers, technicians and service personnel responsible for projects in fiber optic technology as well as maintaining four TVRO satellite downlink sites and 25GHz microwave dishes. He served as Project Engineering Manager for Worldgate Communications where he coordinated fiber optic projects for an Internet-based company providing service to cable operators enabling them to make Internet and interactive TV access available to customers through broadband cable lines including training a team of eight engineers and installing servers at MSO sites including TCP/IP QAM modulators. He has, also, served as RF Engineering Manager for HBO Latin America where he managed the RF Uplink site for HBO, Disney and AXN to Latin American Countries providing service to cable Mso operators enabling them to make these services available in Spanish and Portuguese to customers through broadband cable lines.
