Victory Capital Holdings Corp. Enters Distribution Agreement With iVoice, Inc.


BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., March 18, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Victory Capital Holdings Corp. (OTCBB:VTYC) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, OnDemand Communications Corp., has entered into a Distribution Agreement with iVoice, Inc. (OTCBB:IVOC), one of the industry's leading providers of speech enabled software.

"The Distribution Agreement with iVoice, Inc. will enable our OnDemand subsidiary to add the additional component of speech recognition to our existing unified communications platform," said Harold Gregg, CEO of Victory Capital Holdings Corp.
