Wall Street Small Cap Reporter -- Airbee Wireless, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ABEW)

Presenting Small Cap Stock Picks to the Small Cap Investor

POTOMAC, Md., March 18, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Yesterday was a huge up-day for the wireless sector, and the Wall Street Small Cap Reporter is closely monitoring a number of wireless "stocks to watch" this morning. They include: Motorola (NYSE:MOT), Intel Corp. (NYSE:INTC), Atmel (Nasdaq:ATML), Mobil Pro (OTCBB:MOBL), and P-Com (OTCBB:PCOM).

Aggressive investors may want to continue looking at Airbee Wireless (Pink Sheets:ABEW). The company issued a press release this morning announcing the findings of two independent research reports that are, in essence, a resounding endorsement of Airbee's business model.

The reports, from On World and West Technology Research Solutions, predict that demand in the short range, low data rate wireless space -- in which Airbee is a leading innovator -- will surpass that of the current WiFi market. "We view these research reports as validation of our business model and marketing strategy," said Airbee CEO Raj Sundaresan.

Airbee is currently developing software stacks that are designed to fully comply with the IEEE 802.15.4 standard and the emerging ZigBee wireless standard. The company has signed a number of co-brand agreements with numerous manufacturers to integrate its solutions in a variety of consumer and commercial product applications. It expects to sign distribution agreements with at least three companies.

ABEW shares closed yesterday at $0.25.

Other stocks in the wireless space showing very interesting activity yesterday were Ericsson (NASDAQ: ERICY), up and the Sprint FON Group (NYSE:FON), also up.
