Annual General Meeting of AB Volvo


GOTEBORG, Sweden, March 18, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- AB Volvo's Annual General Meeting will take place on Friday, April 16, 2004 at Goteborg Convention Centre, Svenska Massans main entrance 5, starting 2.00 PM CET. Entrance 5 with the address Massans Gata 20 (Korsvagen) and entrance 2 from Focus parking garage will open at 10 AM CET.

A seminar, "Get yourself gain and advantage", will be held between 10.30 and 11.30 AM CET. AB Volvo will not arrange any press conference in connection with the Meeting, but the Board of Directors of AB Volvo will be available to answer questions from the media after the Meeting.

There will be a pressroom nearby the Meeting hall.
