STOCKHOLM, Sweden, March 19, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Bernt Magnusson has bought 50,000 shares in Skandia Insurance Company Ltd. His holding prior to this purchase was 34,400 shares.
Bernt Magnusson currently does not have any assignment with Skandia and is therefore not registered as a Skandia insider. However, he has been proposed by Skandia's nominating committee as the new chairman to be elected by the Annual General Meeting on 15 April 2004.
