Sciax Comments on Availability of Stock Certificates


BAY CITY, Mich. and TORONTO, March 22, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- UgoMedia Interactive Corp (Pink Sheets:UGMI) (name change to Sciax Corporation pending) issued a clarification today regarding the availability of the Company's stock certificates from Heritage Trust Company.

Nitin Amersey, Chairman and CEO of Sciax stated, "Notwithstanding, unsubstantiated speculation, I have confirmed with the senior management of Heritage Trust Company, our transfer agent, that there is no backlog of share transfers and a significant number of physical share certificates are available if required. If investors are encountering difficulties in obtaining UGMI stock certificates the problem is unrelated to UGMI or Heritage."
