Author J. G. Holland once remarked, "The mind grows by what it feeds on." If you accept that premise, then preparing the intellectual food that nurtures young minds must be important work. Obviously, Genio Group Inc. (OTCBB:GNOI) thinks so, because they have made it their mission not only to create the food, but also to find a way to package it so that young people will want to come to the banquet.

They adopted the slogan: "The more you know, the stronger you grow" and they used it to develop the hugely successful Genio Trading Card Game. Taking the easily recognizable Marvel Comic Heroes as a starting point, they turned their idea into a collection of 360 cards covering over 30 academic subjects. They expanded their retail distribution network to more than 15,000 outlets including Wal-Mart (NYSE:WMT), Target (NYSE:TGT), Walgreens, CVS, FAO Schwarz, Zainy Brainy, Toys 'R' Us, Kmart, and specialty stores not known for carrying trading cards.

Not satisfied with just a US distribution network, Genio Group negotiated a deal with Tomy UK Ltd, a division of Tomy Japan granting them exclusive distribution rights in the UK, British Islands, and Ireland. That negotiation has further resulted in Genio Group recently receiving an initial purchase order of approximately $250,000 from Tomy UK Ltd. for an Italian language version of Genio Cards. Tomy UK has named an Italian distribution company to market the Italian language version in Italy. Genio Group anticipates shipping the Italian language cards during its fiscal third quarter ending June 30. The company had already received an initial purchase order of approximately $150,000 from Tomy UK Ltd. for a Spanish language version of Genio Cards. Once again, Tomy UK had designated a local distribution company to market the Spanish language version in that country. Genio expects to begin shipping the Spanish translation of the product line in late March 2004. They continue their efforts to work on distribution into France for a French language version of Genio Cards.

Not wishing to be considered a "one hit wonder" Genio Group made plans to expand its product line. They secured North American rights to use the popular Mighty Beanz characters in a collectible trading card game through a deal with Spin Master, Ltd., the North American licensee and distributor of Mighty Beanz. Genio then went a step further with their most recent license agreement with Moose Enterprises Pty Ltd., the manufacturers of Mighty Beanz, granting them the exclusive worldwide distribution rights outside North America, to produce and distribute a collectible trading card game series based on Moose's Mighty Beanz characters. The agreement provides Genio with access to hundreds of Mighty Beanz characters for use in its collectible trading card game series. They plan to launch the international series with a 9-card booster pack and a 40-card Starter Deck that includes one free "rare" Mighty Beanz toy and a Mighty Beanz Universe Collector's Mat.
