TROY, Mich., March 23, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Hayman Company announced today that it has been appointed leasing representative for two Troy, MI-based office buildings -- 901 Wilshire Plaza and 901 Tower Drive. According to executive vice-president Andrew Hayman, the appointment was made by American Realty Advisors of Glendale, California.
The 901 Wilshire Plaza Building is 185,000 square feet Class A office building centrally located in the upscale Big Beaver corridor of Troy.
The 901 Tower Drive location is 126,000 square feet and is currently undergoing a $500,000 renovation program designed to upgrade the lobby, elevators, common areas and bathrooms.
"We are extremely excited to take over this assignment from American Realty Advisors," said Hayman, "and we feel that the renovation program currently underway at the 901 Tower Drive location will undoubtedly be helpful in maximizing that property's value.
