(Pink Sheets: NIVM) today announced that its subsidiary SINO UJE, Ltd. has completed an agreement with Ulrich GmbH & Co to be the exclusive distributor of the Ulrich injector systems for critical imaging applications in the China medical market.
Headquartered in Ulm, Germany, Ulrich is a market leader in the design, development and manufacture of CT and MRI systems. The company, which was founded in 1912, has three business divisions: Surgical Instruments/Tourniquets, Injectors CT/MRI, and Spinal Systems.
