Creative Enterprises International, Inc. Signs Exclusive Worldwide Agreement to Market and Bottle 'Skinny Water,' an Enhanced Diet Water


BRYN MAWR, Pa., March 25, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Creative Enterprises International, Inc., www.creativepi.com, (Pink Sheets:CEII), announced today that it has entered into an exclusive worldwide agreement with Peace Mountain Natural Beverage Company, Longmeadow, Mass. to market and bottle "Skinny Water," a no-calorie water, enhanced with a unique combination of ingredients to help people lose and maintain their weight. The terms of the transaction include a multi-year agreement, with automatic renewals. Peace Mountain retains their current customer accounts, primarily located in the Massachusetts area.

CEII plans to distribute Skinny Water nationally early summer 2004.

Development of Skinny Water was completed after 3 years of research, working closely with prominent food scientists and a major nutraceutical manufacturer. Skinny Water is enhanced purified water with a natural water taste and appearance. The water is put through a double purification process removing the tiniest amounts of trace particles.

The most recent clinical study on the active ingredients of Skinny Water was performed by researchers at Georgetown University Medical Center (Washington D.C.). The principal investigator was Dr. Harry Preuss of Georgetown University Medical Center and the results of their findings have been published in the peer-reviewed journal, Nutrition Research (24(1): 45-58,2004).

Skinny Water contains selected essential nutrients, which combine the benefits of hydration with vitamins, minerals, and the results of the Georgetown Study have clinically shown that the natural ingredients in Skinny Water suppress appetite, block carbohydrates from converting into fat, and increase fat burning, without stimulating the nervous system.(see Note)
