MB Tech Announces Agreement with Teltron

Companies to partner on developing Advanced Active Phased Array Satellite Antenna

LOS ANGELES, March 29, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- MB Tech, Inc. (OTCBB:MBTT) announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Teltron, a Korean developer of the Phase Shifter Chip, to produce what it believes will be the world's most advanced Active Phased Array Satellite Antenna.

The Antenna will integrate Teltron's chip with MB Tech's advanced Direct Broadcast Satellite (DBS) antenna technology. The Phased Array Antenna is a non-directional antenna which can receive a signal regardless of the direction the antenna is facing.

Hanwook Bae, CEO of MB Tech commented, "Demand for a system that allows mobile satellite TV users to enjoy uninterrupted service is growing. The number of consumers who watch satellite TV using parabolic antennas is also growing day by day." He added, "The Active Phased Array Antenna, using the phase shifter technology, which electronically tracks the broadcasting signal from the satellite, will enable mobile consumers to receive a clear display signal regardless of their vehicle's movement."

The MB Tech/Teltron unit will be more advanced than current competitive systems which use passive technology and multiple servos for adjusting azimuth and elevation. The MB Tech/Teltron Active Phased Array Antenna will use only one motor for azimuth and the elevation will be controlled by the phase shifter chip, producing a unit that is only 2 inches in height.
