Telelogic Signs (Eur)550,000 Three-Year Deal with Global Leader in Financial Industry

Change and Configuration Management Software Implemented as Corporate Standard for Electronic Payment Terminals


MALMO, Sweden and PARIS, March 31, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Telelogic (Stockholm Exchange:TLOG), the leading global provider of solutions for advanced systems and software development, today announced that it has signed a three-year license agreement with a global leader in the financial transaction services industry. The customer will standardize on Telelogic SYNERGY(R) for change and configuration management for development of all system and software embedded within the 1.5 million electronic payment terminals the client company ships worldwide each year.

The three-year license agreement is worth (Eur)550,000 and will provide enhanced change and configuration management capabilities that will standardize tool and methodology processes over the customers multiple development sites. Included are several hundred licenses for the complete SYNERGY distributed suite of products, plus some services.

Telelogic SYNERGY was selected due to its ability to meet the customer need for a change and configuration management solution that would help shorten their time-to-market requirements while simultaneously help them implement consistent processes across their globally distributed development sites.

Telelogic SYNERGY enables the customer to respond to the complex development and immense diversification of different means of payment. Facilitating the continually need to provide complete, cutting-edge solutions that are comprised of hardware, software and services.
