APO Health Announces Court Approval of Lawsuit Settlement


OCEANSIDE, N.Y., March 31, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- APO Health, Inc. (OTCBB:APOA), a multi-faceted distributor of medical, dental and veterinary supplies, as well as health and beauty aids, announced today that its class action Settlement Agreement has been approved by the Marion Superior Court, Civil Division. This matter involved unsolicited customer broadcast fax class action lawsuit by Kenro, Inc., the representative of the plaintiff class. As a result of this settlement, APO Health has no out of pocket expenses related to the creation or management of this Settlement Fund.

APO Health's attorneys agreed to settle the case to avoid further expensive litigation and uncertainty and to put the issue behind the Company. The Company re-emphasized the settlement is not an admission of liability.
