MB Tech Appoints Harry Kay to Board of Directors


LOS ANGELES, April 5, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- MB Tech, Inc. (OTCBB:MBTT) announced today that it has appointed Mr. Harry Kay, who will act as an outside Director for the Company. Kay has an extensive international background and high-level contacts in public, private and governmental organizations throughout the world.

Kay's experience includes senior management positions with public companies, negotiation and contract expertise, venture capital and governmental liaison work. Between 1980 and 1990, Kay worked to create diplomatic relations between Israel and Albania. He acted as a representative of Kuwait in regards to the release of 700 Kuwaiti prisoners after the first Gulf War. He is also a retired U.S. Marine Platoon Sergeant, having seen combat in Guadalcanal, Bouganville, Guam and Okinawa, as well as a commanding officer in the Israeli army during the War of Liberation and highly decorated.

Kay, in conjunction with MB Tech advisor Charlie Potter will be assisting the Company with business development and strategic planning. Potter, a 40+ year veteran of Wall Street, has served on the Board of Directors for a number of publicly traded companies. An extremely accomplished Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and money manager, Potter worked as a senior vice president and limited partner of Bear Stearns and as a Senior Vice President at Oppenheimer. He also served as an Adjunct Professor of Finance at New York's Mercy College and has guest-lectured at New York University.

A recognized expert in the industry, Potter has participated as a guest on numerous television and radio shows and has been featured and quoted in many financial publications, including the Wall Street Journal and Barron's. Mr. Potter's professional affiliations include the New York Society of Securities Analysts, the Financial Analysts Federation, the Financial Investment Analysts Association and the Financial Analysts Money Managers Society.
