STOCKHOLM, Sweden, April 05, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Lundbergs' share of votes and capital in AB Industrivarden (publ) has changed following purchase of additional A shares. Lundbergs total ownership in Industrivarden amounts to 19.3 million A shares which represents 10.0 percent of the share capital in the company and 13.8 percent of the voting rights.
