RANCHO DOMINGUEZ, Calif., April 6, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Board of Directors of UTi Worldwide Inc. (Nasdaq:UTIW) today declared an annual cash dividend of $0.115 per share on the company's ordinary shares, increased from $0.095 per share paid in 2003.
The dividend is payable on May 21, 2004 to shareholders of record as of April 30, 2004.
