TROY, Mich., April 12, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Hayman Company confirmed today that it has reached an agreement with Citizens Banking Corporation (Nasdaq:CBCF) of Flint, MI to assist the financial services company in the development of two regional banking centers and 10-14 branches in Oakland County.
Under terms of the agreement, Hayman will coordinate development of the bank properties by assisting in all phases of its implementation. "We will be directly involved in the entire process," said Hayman Company vice-president Robert Schrader, "from design and acquisition through construction."
