The WGL to Expand Telemarketing Program

ORLANDO, Fla., April 15, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- The World Golf League, Inc. (OTCBB:WGFL) announced today that it will expand its telemarketing program from 6 agents to 24 agents beginning the week of 4/19/04. This is based on the current success the program is experiencing, where each agent is averaging 1 sale per hour in a six hour shift. This will allow sales to jump from 36 members per day to 144 per day.

"With the quality of the hot leads we are providing the call center from our Television spots and sales affiliate program, we feel that the sales per hour will continue to increase as the agents gain more experience with the WGL product," said Mike Pagnano, CEO, The World Golf League, Inc. "We will begin two very sophisticated e-mail marketing campaigns to over 15 million opt in golfers this weekend, which will provide us with an estimated 750,000 additional hot leads over the next several months," Mr. Pagnano went on to say.

The WGL markets a professional golf concept in the USA and 27 international venues, which allow average golfers to play for substantial prize money in local and regional tournaments culminating with a PGA-style national event and world championship.
