Lagerborg as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Mr. Lagerborg has a background in real estate and a broad base of experience of being involved in public companies and managing financial relationships. He has experience in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments. Mr. Lagerborg was the Executive Vice President and co-founder of Landmark Title Services Corporation, a regional title insurance company. He also served as President of Capital Strategies Network, a company that provided investor relations counsel to publicly traded companies trading on the NASDAQ National Market, the NASDAQ small cap as well as companies that trade on the electronic bulletin board. Mr. Lagerborg earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Colorado College in Economics and has done graduate work in business at Southeast Missouri University.
