Pursuant to purchase agreement between QANT and Dimitel, QANT purchased 100% of the issued and outstanding share capital of Dimitel and in consideration thereof, the shareholders of Dimitel received control of QANT. Consequently, the management of QANT is also being replaced with the management of Dimitel.
Dimitel Limited, a UK based private company, is a voice technology and integration company that develops, manufactures and supports carrier-grade VoIP solutions for Telecom operators. The company's products enable operators and voice retailers to profit from VoIP solutions for wholesale of Carrier-to-Carrier voice based traffic, with an integrated billing system.
Dimitel's products range from VoIP wholesale billing systems to complex calling card and SMS-callback systems. This enables clients and distributors to implement switching and billing systems, tailored to their needs.
