The Constant Presence of Angels -- New Book Tells of Encounters with Heavenly Beings

UPPERCO, Md., April 20, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Jayne Howard Feldman's latest book about the sublime presence of angels in everyday life, Angels by My Side: Inspirational Stories of the Invisible Made Visible (now available through AuthorHouse), tells of her own experiences with these divine creatures.

Her stories tell of a variety of types of whimsical and serene beings, including tree angels, art angels, quilt angels, even teddy bear angels. She mixes several styles in this book, weaving historical accounts with intellectual ideas while still preserving the emphasis on understanding that everyone has their own guardian angel.

"Angels are usually 'unseen' to the unaware eye," Howard Feldman writes. "They seek no notice or adulation, rarely calling attention to themselves. They are simply present and serving. Angels serve the Light in ways that we will never know about."

She describes the presence of angels in everyone's life. She reminds readers that although one has to pay extreme attention to the presence of these heavenly beings in their lives, they can be recognized. Howard Feldman writes with a contagious energy for life and an enthusiasm that is refreshing. She hopes people are invigorated by her thoughts on these helpers of God.

"The angels are by our sides reminding us that each of us began as a God-thought," she writes.

Howard Feldman has written several books, including Driving Under the Influence of Angels and Commune With the Angles (ARE Press), which is now in its 11th printing. She was one of 150 contributors to be chosen to be in Hugh Down's My America. She is the founder of Be an Angel Day on Aug. 22 and Inspire Your Heart with the Arts Day on Jan. 31.
