OMAHA, Neb., April 20, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Output Technology Corporation (OTC), a Spokane, Washington-based leader in high-speed printing solutions, has selected Scantron Service Group as its National Onsite Service Provider, the company announced today.
Output Technology offers a variety of impact and non-impact printing products which are conducive to onsite maintenance contracts. The company's products include dot matrix, laser, electron beam and flash fusing printing technologies. Scantron will provide post warranty support for some of OTC's newest models, including the PrintCenter 24, a 24 page per minute continuous form laser and the PrintCenter 45, a 45 page per minute LED array flash fusing printer.
Scantron Service Group has been providing printer, computer and operating system support for over 20 years, with onsite service in 45 states and a state-of-the-art support center centrally located at their national headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska. It is a division of Scantron Corporation, a leading provider of data collection, testing and assessment, and computer hardware maintenance.
