Tekron Inc. Acquires Bioenergy

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., April 27, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Tekron Inc. (OTCBB:TKRN) is pleased to announce the acquisition of a 50% capital interest in Bioenergy.

Bioenergy is an Italian corporation based in Milan, Italy. The company's technology enables human and animal organic waste to be converted into commercially viable energies through a biogas. This biogas is then used to produce electricity or heat energy. The technology further produces a usable byproduct in the form of a fertilizer.

Dr. Luciano Zoia and Dr. Gianofranco Ceroni, both of Bioenergy, will be conducting relevant studies and planning for the Provincial Government of Canada beginning in May 2004. These projects will produce substantial income for the Company.

Dr. Zoia will be joining Tekron as the Chief Scientific Officer for the Company.

Bioenergy of Italy has agreed to sell Tekron 50% of its capital shares. The two companies will participate in a 50/50 joint venture to form a Canadian subsidiary of Bioenergy. The Canadian subsidiary will rapidly move forward in pursuing environmentally friendly projects that exploit the company's technology.

Alan Hetherington, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Tekron, states, "I am extremely pleased that Dr. Zoia and Bioenergy have chosen Tekron for an exclusive arrangement to market the company's innovative and environmentally friendly technology."
