Mr. Kolassa is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur who began his career at IBM (NYSE:IBM). Over the past 25 years, he has held key positions in companies such as Agilysys (Nasdaq:AGYS), KeyLink, SupportNet, and Hitachi Data Systems (NYSE:HIT). In addition, he founded a software company that he grew profitably over an eight-year period before successfully selling it to a larger concern. He brings to TBS his years of experience in achieving sales and profit expansion at medium to large organizations combined with proven success driving growth as an entrepreneur. Mr. Kolassa holds a BBA in Marketing Management from Western Michigan University and an MBA in MIS from Indiana University.
