(OTCBB:OSRC) and Micro Solutions Enterprises (MSE, Chatsworth, CA) announced this date they recently entered into a strategic partnership agreement wherein OneSource is outsourcing the production of all its compatible toner product requirements to MSE, who in turn has engaged OneSource as its non-exclusive outside sales channel for MSE compatible toner product distribution into the national account market place. In addition, they jointly announce the execution of the partnership's first national account commitment -- an agreement with one of the country's largest retailers to be its exclusive provider of compatible toner products.
