International Sports and Media Group, Inc. Signs a Letter of Intent with Jackie Lee Robinson Trading Company to Market and Develop the All American Burger

ISMG's Global Hospitality's Food and Beverage Division creates partnership for the All American Burger


SAN DIEGO, May 4, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- International Sports and Media Group, Inc.'s (OTCBB:ISME) wholly owned subsidiary, Global Hospitality Group (GHG), signs Jackie Lee Robinson Trading Company to a Letter of Intent to aide GHG with the marketing, management, and development of The All American Burger Restaurant.

International Sports and Media Group's wholly owned subsidiary Global Hospitality Group, is exclusively licensed to establish and provide fast-food hamburger facilities under the brand name "The All American Burger" for 15 years and plans to make the Restaurant a household favorite. ISMG/GHG has partnered with Jackie Lee Robinson Trading Company and his development group based on their extensive experience in the Hospitality and Food Service Industry. Mr. Robinson is the Chairman and CEO of a food service conglomerate that has broad reaching ties in development and operations. This is the latest business venture by Jackie Robinson and has been created to take advantage of the expertise of Mr. Robinson and his associates' 35+ years of restaurant experience. While operating tier 1 branded concepts such as Pizza Hut (RLLW, Inc.), Subway and many other national and regional brands with annual revenues in excess of $50 Million, the focus of Mr. Robinson is in creating, building and growing new restaurant concepts.
