Internet Business International Inc. Opens Dating Web Site

LAS VEGAS, May 5, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Internet Business International Inc. (OTCBB:IBII) announced that it began beta testing its dating site designed for active seniors.

The site, www.singleseniors.net, will be refined over the next couple of weeks with an official opening scheduled for May 17, 2004. This is the first business venture by the company since it ceased Internet operations in April of 2003. The company is working on a new radio advertising program for stations that have senior citizen venues.

The company opened a dating site because social networking is one of the fastest growing Internet activities and it was designed for the seniors because they are the fastest growing segment of Internet users.

A Nielson//NetRatings released November 20, 2003, reported that senior citizens age 65 and older were the fastest growing age group online. Additionally, within senior age group, female seniors online jumped 30 percent while male seniors jumped 20 percent.

Other social networking sites (dating sites) have allowed socially active individuals to make contact with other individuals in a safe environment.

The growth of this online service is verified by the growth of the subscribers of InterActiveCorp (IAC) which reported that as of 12-31-2003, they had 939 thousand subscribers and as of the most recent 10Q filed for the quarter ended 3-31-04 IAC reported a 32% growth to approximately 1 million subscribers in their Personals services. IAC's most recent filing (May 3, 2004) can be located online at www.iac.com.
