Increased profit for Hufvudstaden

- Profit for the period after tax amounted to SEK 97.6 million (67.9). The increase can be attributed mainly to higher rental income and lower costs for special projects.

- Excluding special projects, gross profit from property management increased by 8.4 per cent to SEK 199.5 million (184.1).

- Net sales for the Group for the period amounted to SEK 346.1 million (335.0).

- The rental vacancy level at the period-end was 8.8 per cent (8.1 at the year-end).

- Profit per share was SEK 0.47 (0.32).

- After the end of the period, the Schonborg 6 property in Stockholm was sold. The disposal will have a positive impact of approximately SEK 100 million on the consolidated post-tax profit for the second quarter.
