New Enhanced Bottled Water, Skinny Water(r), Leading Story on FOX News Q13

Consumers Told 'New Brand Available on Shelves This Summer'

BRYN MAWR, Pa., May 11, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Creative Enterprises International, Inc., www.creativepi.com, (Pink Sheets:CEII), announced today that its unique brand of enhanced water, Skinny Water(r), was featured on FOX News TV, Q13 in Seattle May 5th on the 10:00 nightly news. Anchor Leslie Miller introduced the two-part leading story on enhanced bottled water featuring Skinny Water(r), with Kerri Kazarba reporting.

Skinny Water(r) is ready for the consumer market this summer, following 3 years of research. The new brand is already receiving industry attention as it completes the final stages of redesigning the bottle, packaging and image. As one of the lead anchors reflected consumer sentiment during the airing of the segment "I would do just about anything to be skinny," this new brand is sure to capture its market share of the enhanced bottle water market.

Michael Salaman, President of CEII stated, "The Fox News TV report illustrates the newsworthiness of Skinny Water(r) and begins a National public relations campaign by the Company to create demand and brand awareness of Skinny Water(r)."

The news story focused on the bottled water industry as number two in the beverage industry and introduced the various enhanced bottled water industry players and their features, benefits and claims. While not all companies could substantiate all claims, the Skinny Water(r) carb blocker, Super CitriMax and Skinny Water(r)'s patent-pending formula features an all natural, clinically tested ingredient, Hydroxycitric Acid ("Super CitriMax'') plus a combination of calcium, potassium, chromium, vitamin C, vitamins B6, B12, and Folic Acid, which all play a role in weight control and in promoting normal metabolic function. Skinny Water(r) is ephedra-free and contains no preservatives, caffeine, calories or sugar.

Additionally the ephedra-free ingredient "Super CitriMax,'' the main component of the Skinny Water(r) formula has been affirmed GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) for use in functional beverages by the Burdock Group, one of the nation's leading toxicology specialists who evaluate the safety of food and beverage ingredients. This process involved an intensive review of all safety and toxicology data by a panel of scientific experts.

Skinny Water(r) was completed after 3 years of research, working closely with prominent food scientists and a major nutraceutical manufacturer.

The Company has engaged Coleman Brandworx, one of the country's leading strategic branding companies to reposition Skinny Water(r), for its summer debut in major US markets. Coleman Brandworx efforts will include developing a visualized position for the Skinny Water(r) brand, and development of structural packaging, packaging graphics, point-of-purchase displays, collateral system, promotional materials and the development of the Skinny Water(r) e-commerce enabled web site. The Company's previous experience in working in related categories includes well-known brands Danone Water, Coca-Cola, Snapple and Sparkletts.
