ORLANDO, Fla., May 12, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Raven Moon Entertainment, Inc. (OTCBB:RVNM) is pleased to announce that its talented animation company, Raven Animation, has completed the new 'Mr. Bicycle Man' PSA which will be ready for nationwide television distribution next week.
'Mr. Bicycle Man' was created by Emmy Award winning Executive Producers Joey & Bernadette DiFrancesco, who licensed the property exclusively for ten years to JB Toys, LLC; a wholly owned subsidiary of Raven Moon Entertainment, Inc. It is the first animated project to be completed by former Disney animators who now make up the Raven Animation team under the direction of Director Mike Gibilisco. "We plan to make Raven Animation a new creative force in the entertainment industry, similar to where Pixar was several years ago before 'A Bugs Life', 'Toy Story', Toy Story 2' and 'Lilo & Stitch' was distributed by Disney," stated Joey DiFrancesco Raven's CEO.
Raven Animation's projects include: 'Mr. Bicycle Man', 'The BoBo Blocks', 'The Cuddle Bug Cousins', 'Gina D & The Transistor Sisters' and 'Cowboy Joe & Cowgirl Jane' from the 'Katie Did It Kids' collection. Raven Animation will also be looking for other projects to produce, which will create an ongoing revenue stream for the company.
'Mr. Bicycle Man', whose soundtrack was recorded by Gina D of 'Gina D's Kids Club', is included in the joint venture with Serendipity Ltd. Serendipity has expressed an interest in manufacturing and distributing a full line of toys and products to retailers like Wal-Mart, Target and Toys R Us. Established in 1989, Serendipity mainly produces battery-operated toys, novelty and seasonal items. In the last 10 years, the company has continued to grow due to key factors such as strong R&D, large production line and capacity, and good reputation. Backed by a 53,820-square foot factory in Mainland China, Serendipity can easily produce 100,000 pieces of various products monthly. It is fitted with up-to-date equipment and manned by an efficient work force to handle and deliver high-end products. Serendipity reports annual sales of over $25 million.
