iMedia International to Launch Las Vegas Previews iGuide Exclusively with the Los Angeles Times


SANTA MONICA, Calif., May 17, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- iMedia International, Inc. (the "Company") (Pink Sheets:IMNL), pioneers in the interactive digital multimedia publishing industry, announced today that the premiere issue of Las Vegas Previews(tm) iGuide is scheduled to be launched in Summer 2004 and distributed as an IFSI (interactive free standing insert) in an upcoming edition of the of the Los Angeles Times. iMedia and the Los Angeles Times is jointly marketing the digitally enhanced supplement to hotels, casinos and other prospective sponsors.

The Las Vegas Previews(tm) iGuide is an interactive magazine on CD-ROM. The disc features multi-media previews and highlights of the city's unique attractions, shows, hotels, casinos, nightlife, conventions and sports events. Also included are an interactive hotel-casino directory and a golf and spa guide. The iGuide is sponsored by participating hotels and casinos, along with national brand advertisers that seek to associate their products and services with this dynamic city.
