Sunrise Technologies Closes Sale of Microsoft Software to Tanner Companies


WINSTON-SALEM, N.C., May 20, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Sunrise Technologies, Inc. a leading consulting services company and a reseller of powerful business solutions, announced today that it has completed a software license sale to the Tanner Companies, a direct seller of women's fashion apparel of name brands Doncaster and elana.

Sunrise announced in the fall of 2003 that it has formed a partnership with Microsoft Business Solutions as a reseller of its powerful and flexible enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, Microsoft Business Solutions-Axapta (MBS-Axapta).

Tanner selected this solution and Sunrise over other competitive products and an already existing ERP system. MBS-Axapta will shorten enhancement time and effort. It will provide them the flexibility, functionality and visibility to operate their business more efficiently and cost effectively.
