VANCOUVER, British Columbia, May 21, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Peter Sanders, President of Montana Oil and Gas, Inc. (formerly Sierra Kitchen Galleries, Inc.) (Pink Sheets:SRKG) reports that the Company has entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with Energy 51 of Calgary, AB and West Peak Ventures of Canada Ltd. The purpose being the acquisition and exploration of oil and gas reserves primarily in Central Alberta. Peter Sanders notes, "The initial focus will be on two natural gas plays that may require up to 60 wells to be drilled. The principals of Energy 51 have a proven track record of oil and gas discoveries in Western Canada over the last 25 years with a drilling success record of 75%."
