Maximum Dynamics Announces Implementation Partner in Mexico

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., May 24, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Maximum Dynamics, Inc. (OTCBB:MXDY), a projects management and back office services company with subsidiaries focused on technology solutions, mobile logistics and wireless communications, announced today that it has secured a partnership with Integrav, S.A. de C.V. (Integrav) for the implementation of Maximum's projects in Mexico. In the partnership, Integrav will help Maximum with two of its flagship projects -- TagNet, which is a real-time tracking technology, and M.POS, a wireless mobile point of sale terminal.

Integrav is a Mexican project development firm focused on providing Wireless, GPS and Radio Frequency (RF) solutions to large corporations and government agencies. Integrav has successfully integrated several wireless and RF solutions for the Mexican government, some of them multi-million dollar contracts. Integrav is currently implementing two projects for the government with one involving the use of point of sale (POS) devices and the other a real time tracking of vehicles and government assets.

Integrav had a chance to assess the TagNet technology last week when Maximum demonstrated the solution to the Department of Transportation (DOT) of Mexico, two telecommunications companies and other interested companies and organizations. Integrav also evaluated M.POS and the applications being developed for it by Maximum's other strategic partners in Mexico. Integrav found TagNet and M.POS perfectly suitable for the POS and tracking projects it has with the government and is already working to immediately integrate these solutions into its projects.

"When we scheduled the demonstration for the DOT, we were excited about the opportunity to showcase TagNet's capabilities," said Paul Stabnow, Maximum's Chief Technology Officer. "When we met with Integrav it was clear that projects they have both past and present are clearly in line with our technology and vision. Having them as implementation partners will help streamline not only a forthcoming TagNet pilot for the DOT, but also open new markets for both M.POS and TagNet in Mexico. Equally important, Integrav already has government contracts, which in combined partnership with our technology will strengthen current and future projects."

As part of the agreement, Integrav will share its infrastructure and resources in order to speed up the integration process.
