Kennedy International Airport to Aguadilla, on Puerto Rico's northwest coast, starting tonight, by waiving the checked baggage fee for customers traveling with surfboards.

Aguadilla marks JetBlue's second city served on the "Isle of Enchantment" following the carrier's launch of service to San Juan in 2002. JetBlue will operate six daily roundtrip flights between JFK and San Juan this summer and is now adding a daily nonstop between JFK and Aguadilla.

David Neeleman was joined in Aguadilla by Ramon Cantero Frau, former Secretary of the Department of Economic Development and Commerce.

The airline's regular one-way fares between JFK and Aguadilla will range from $136** to $296** each way if booked via www.jetblue.com. For an additional $3 each way, fares can also be booked by calling 1-800-JETBLUE. JetBlue's regular fee for carrying surfboards is $25 each way but travelers to Puerto Rico will have this fee waived thru Labor Day weekend, Monday, September 6.
