Management and directors of the company believe this name change was necessary to more accurately reflect the focus of the company.
Sierra Kitchen Galleries, Inc. also has approved a two for one forward stock split. The date for the forward stock split is to be effective Tuesday, June 1, 2004. Stockholders will be entitled to two shares of common stock for each share of common stock held on that date
