PrimeZone Launches News Monitoring Service

LOS ANGELES, June 7, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- PrimeZone Media Network has launched a new service that monitors more than 6,000 online sites and delivers a daily custom news briefing. Called "PrimeZone NewsWatch," the new service tracks online news postings based on keywords and includes tools which allow IR and PR professionals to analyze their news clips.

"PrimeZone NewsWatch is a natural extension of the free online monitoring service we have been providing to our clients for some years," said CEO Tom Madden. "It has become more and more crucial to be able to track and analyze the placements."

PrimeZone NewsWatch is based on a low monthly rate and does not charge per-clip; there are both national and global packages available.

Each morning, NewsWatch customers receive an email summary of clips for the last 24 hours and a reminder to log into a personalized, password-protected account.

News sources tracked include major newswires and daily newspapers, as well as TV, radio, weekly newspapers, magazines, trade journals and new media publications. News sources are continually added based on client requests.

PrimeZone NewsWatch provides competitive tracking, serves as an early warning system for any misleading or fraudulent statements about your company or organization, and allows companies to track the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns.

The service also includes charts and graphs to help in measuring news placement.
