(the "Company") (TSX Venture Exchange:CWK), is pleased to announce that the Company has engaged the services of IR Unlimited Services Inc. ("IR") of Kamloops, B.C. for the purposes of investor relations and media consulting services. For the consideration of $7,500 per month, IR will provide public relations, investor relations and marketing services for the Company.
Cindy Bray is the President of IR Unlimited. They primarily provide services including liaising with and familiarizing investors and the media of the Company's Internet projects. The contract is for six months. The agreement remains subject to regulatory approval.
Cinema Internet Networks Inc. (d.b.a. CinemaWorks) is a public company incorporated in Canada that provides high speed Internet services to approximately 15,000 hotels rooms in its network of 50 hotels throughout North America.
