Investors may want to keep an eye on this company, DigitalRooster.com (OTCBB:DGRLF). DigitalRooster.com LTD., a world leader in the marketing and billing solutions of online entertainment, currently owns and operates more than 15 consumer web sites in addition to 50 vanity domains of significant value. Digital Rooster has also developed a significant source of revenue by selling traffic from its own websites to other websites.
After the bell Monday the company announced that its offer to purchase an online Internet directory based business has been accepted in principal. The company previously announced on February 24, 2004 that it had received unanimous board approval to make the offer for the business. The online directory company is a revenue producing business that Digital Rooster is looking to scale rapidly. It has been operating in the United States since 1999.
DGRLF is currently trading at .23 a share.

GenoMed, Inc. a Next Generation DM(TM) (Disease Management) company that uses its expertise in genomics to improve clinical outcomes, announced Monday the launch of its national marketing campaign to improve patient outcomes for diabetes, high blood pressure and emphysema.
GMED dipped 11.11 percent on Monday to close at $0.16 on volume of 1,609,433 shares.
IPVoice Communications (OTCBB:IPVO)
IPVoice Communications, Inc. announced Monday having a total merger and acquisition pipeline signed under various Letters of Intent (LOI) representing more than $30 million in total annualized revenue. IPVoice has been aggressively pursuing merger and acquisition opportunities to expand the company's current telecommunication, healthcare and homeland security offerings, as well as to ramp up the supporting systems integration, software development and customer service capabilities.
Shares of IPVO closed even Monday at $0.75 on volume of 899,528 shares.
